This research study explores the relationship between three dynamic capabilities and their impact on hotel performance. Specifically, we examine human resource management (HRM), quality (QM) sustainability. In addition, analyse how QM sustainability explain performance measured by occupancy rate, average daily rate (ADR) revenues per available room (RevPAR).
